KodexLive provides a real-time collaborative IDE environment with in-browser Python execution. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to:

• Upload malicious code or viruses.
• Disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Abuse the Python execution environment for resource-intensive tasks not related to coding.

5. Intellectual Property

The code you write in KodexLive rooms remains your intellectual property. The KodexLive platform, including its logo, design, and proprietary features, is the property of KodexLive and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

KodexLive is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
